Min Lee in Asia University

One day, I noticed the poster about a speech. Min Lee would come and bring a topic that I never see － Makeup for Your Life – My Way to My Dream. Min Lee is a key makeup artist , fashion stylist, columnist in Dubai, Canada, and New York Fashion Week. Her dream was not be a fashion stylist at first. She was a journalism student in the first year in Shih Hsin University . However, when she was 19, she decided to go aboard to learn about makeup. Her decision made me so shock. I remember that I have many dreams when I was little, like to be a surgeon, phycologist……, but actually gave up all the times. After listening to her speech, I think I can understand that why she can be so success. She knows what she wants. She knows what she needs to do. Also, she knows she should be brave. Because of Min Lee’s speech, I learn a lot of things. We can’t afraid, we should try. Just like Min Lee, now, she even tries photo shooting! And I will always remember that she has said...

Exciting Basic Nursing

On 4/18, the first day I looked forward to the Basic Nursing class, because we could finally touch the injections. Photo (A) This class we learned about intramuscular injection (IM). We needed to inject each other so we were very nervous before that day. In photo (A), the right one is my injection for practicing. Before injecting our own partner, we should used it a lot of time practicing drawing distilled water (Photo B) , injecting the artificial arm, and protecting myself from the needle. And then, teacher would teach us one by one to keep us away from danger. The left injection is the real one I used to inject my partner so the needle was already threw away.
